The sales company Hoche Butter GmbH is part of the dairy Uelzena Group and one of the largest suppliers of butter and concentrated butter (AMF) on the German market. The products are made from regionally produced milk from Uelzena‘s member dairies and their farmers.
Under their own brands „Hoche Butter“, „Butaris“, „Küchenpracht“ and „Tilando“, the company supplies the food trade with premium quality butter (lactic or sweet cream) in the classical 250 gram foil wrapper as well as clarified butter in 250 g, 350 g and predominantly 500 gram cups.
Hoche Butter has as strong focus on designing private label products and own brands for customers in the food retail and discount sectors, primarily butter and clarified butter.
All products are manufactured by Uelzena eG in accordance with the requirements of IFS, the leading standard for private label production. Uelzena enad Hoche Butter are also certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and for the production of kosher and halal products.
The range of packaging for food retailers includes the traditional 250 gram wrapper for butter as well as various round and square plastic cups for clarified butter. In addition to conventional outer cardboard boxes, the products also can be packed in shelf-friendly trays, tear-open cartons, trays or pre-filled displays for special placements in retails stores. Especially for the food service sector, the premium butter is also available as 10 g, 15 g or 20 g single serve portions.
