Und auch auf der Straße ist mit Blick auf den Klimaschutz die Umrüstung auf Elektrofahr- zeuge fast schon eine Notwen- digkeit. Das Bus Display der InnoTrans stellt vom 18. bis 21. Septem- ber genau dieses Thema in den Fokus. Die einzigartige Ausstel- lungsfläche im zentral gelegenen Sommergarten verbindet eine Präsentationsfläche für E-Busse im Static Display mit einer 500 Meter langen Testfahrstrecke zur Demonstration der Fahrzeuge. In diesem September werden die InnoTrans-Fachbesucher auf dem Bus Display die Neuheiten von gleich vier Neu-Ausstellern kennenlernen. Alstom, eigent- lich marktführender Spezialist für den Bau von Schienenfahr- zeugen, präsentiert auf dem Bus Display der Weltöffentlichkeit erstmalig den ‚Aptis‘. Der Elekt- ro-Bus, der gemeinsam mit der Alstoms-Tochter NTL entwickelt wurde, erinnert in der Tat eher an eine Straßenbahn auf Rädern. Das liegt unter anderem an der Karrosserie und dem durchge- hend niedrig liegenden Boden. Zudem ist das Fahrzeug sehr wendig, weil alle vier Räder ge- lenkt werden können. Aus Finnland kommt der E- Bus-Serienhersteller Linkker mit dem Fahrzeugmodell Linkker 12+. Der Bus zeichnet sich durch seine Leichtbauweise und eine hohe Energieeffizienz aus. Eine besonders leistungsstarke Li- thium-Titanatoxyd-Batterie und kurze Zwischenladungszeiten sollen Tagesumläufe von bis zu 350 Kilometer möglich machen. Zum präsentierten Leistungs- angebot vom französischen Komponentenhersteller Faiveley Transport zählen Bordnetzum- richter und Klimaanlagen sowie Komponenten des gesamten Antriebsstranges für Busse und Züge. Technische Unterstützung bei Verkäufen von Handy-, On- line- und Firmen-Tickets finden Fachbesucher beim vierten De- bütanten LogPay Mobility Ser- vices. Sileo aus Salzgitter, Solaris aus Polen und VDL aus den Nie- derlanden werden ebenfalls wie- der ihre Fahrzeuge vorführen. Sileo hat den emissionsfreien Doppelgelenkbus Sileo S25 an- gemeldet. Solaris bringt gleich zwei Busse aufs Messegelände: den Oberleitungsbus-Typ Trolli- no 12 sowie den rein elektrisch betriebenen Batterie-Linienbus in Niederflurbauweise Urbino 12 electric. Neben dem Bus Display auf dem Freigelände präsentiert die französische Firma SA Lohr Industrie ihr neuartiges Nahver- kehrssystem ‚ i-Cristal‘, das über einen Selbstfahr-Modus verfügt. Thematisch angegliedert ist das Bus Display an das Seg- ment Public Transport, mit über 22.000 m² das drittgrößte Seg- ment der InnoTrans. Gerade in Großstädten und urbanen Räu- men kommt dem öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (ÖPNV) in Hinblick auf Elektromobilität eine Vorreiterrolle zu. Premiere für International Bus Forum Den Trend zur Elektrifizierung des straßengebunden ÖPNV wird erstmals auch das International Bus Forum aufgreifen. Die in- haltliche Gestaltung dieses neu- en Formats, welches Bestandteil der InnoTrans Convention sein wird, erfolgt durch den Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen (VDV). September 2018, 14 bis 16 Uhr Ort: Halle 7.3, Raum Berlin Informationen zum Thema Digitalisierung am Beispiel von Bus und Bahn im öffentlichen Verkehr finden Fachbesucher zeitgleich im Dialog Forum. Die- se Expertenrunde im Palais am Funkturm wird veranstaltet vom Verband Deutscher Verkehrsun- ternehmen (VDV) und dem Deut- schen Verkehrsforum (DVF). And to help protect the environment, the conversion to electrically pow- ered vehicles is just as neces- sary on the roads too. From 18 to 21 September the Bus Display at InnoTrans focuses on this particular subject. This unique space in the centrally lo- cated ‘Sommergarten’ combines the Static Display of electric buses with a 500-metre long test track for demonstrating these vehicles This September trade visitors at- tending InnoTrans will be able to acquaint themselves with innova- tive developments from four new exhibitors at the Bus Display. Al- stom, known primarily as a lead- ing specialist constructor of rail vehicles, is using the Bus Display to introduce its Aptis to the world for the first time. This electric bus has been developed jointly with the Alstom subsidiary NTL and ac- tually looks more like a tram, but on wheels, on account of its body- work and the continuous low floor. It is also very manoeuvrable, because all four wheels can be steered. Linkker, a mass producer of elec- tric buses in Finland, is presenting its Linkker 12+, which is of light- weight construction and provides excellent energy efficiency. With a powerful lithium-titanium oxide battery and short intermediate charging times it has a daily range of up to 350 kilometres. The range of products on offer from the French component manu- facturer Faiveley Transport includes auxiliary power converters and air conditioning units as well as com- ponents for the entire power train for buses and rail vehicles. LogPay Mobility Services, a newcomer to this trade show, is offering trade visitors technical support for selling tickets through mobiles and online, as well as on behalf of employers. Sileo from Salzgitter, Solaris from Poland and VDL from the Netherlands will once again be demonstrating their vehicles. Sileo will be exhibiting its emission-free, bi-articulated bus, the Sileo S25. Solaris is bringing two buses to the Exhibition Grounds: the Trollino 12 trolleybus and the all-electric, bat- tery-powered Urbino 12, a low-floor public service bus. Alongside the Bus Display on the Outdoor Display the French company SA Lohr Indus- trie is presenting its new i-Cristal public transport system, which can operate in self-driving mode. The Bus Display is thematically linked with the Public Transport segment, which covers more than 22,000 m², making it the third largest segment at InnoTrans. In large cities and urban areas in par- ticular public transport is setting the pace in the development of electric mobility. International Bus Forum makes its debut The International Bus Forum is now responding to the trend for the electrification of public transport on the roads. The subject matter for this new format, which forms part of the InnoTrans Convention, has been put together by the As- sociation of German Transport Com- panies (VDV).
