Bondexpo – Internationale Fachmesse für Klebtechnologien – für den Zieleinlauf vor. Highlight im Rahmen der Mes- se vom 07. bis 10. Oktober 2019 ist die neue „Arena of Integrati- on“: In einem integrativen The- menpark demonstrieren koope- rierende Unternehmen moderne Fertigungsabläufe im Zuge einer fortschreitenden, durchgängigen Digitalisierung der Automatisie- rung. Mit dem Themenpark Arena of Integration (AoI) im Zentrum der Halle 6 wird die Motek aufzei- gen, dass umfassende Anlagen-, Prozess- und Komponentenin- tegration im Industriealltag be- reits heute nutzbare Realität ist. Als Messehighlight wird die AoI, die der Messeveranstalter Schall gemeinsam mit rund 30 Teilneh- mern und dem Kooperationspart- ner Landesnetzwerk Mechatronik Baden-Württemberg organisiert, Fachbesuchern konkrete Antwor- ten auf Fragen zu intelligenten Produktions- und Prozessketten in Verbindung mit digitalen Appli- kationen geben. Sie ist 2019 der Auftakt zu einer wiederkehrenden Sonderschau, die dem Fachbe- sucher und Anwender industriell praktikable und umsetzbare Lö- sungen zeigt: Automation Intelli- gence to Go! Usecases demonstrieren intelligente Produktion Unter den AoI-Teilnehmern wer- den namhafte Firmen der Branche vertreten sein, darunter etwa Pilz, Phoenix Contact, FPT, Balluff und Adiro. „Connectivity“ wird hier zur Praxis und steht im Zentrum der AoI: Unternehmen haben Pro- jektideen miteinander entwickelt und demonstrieren industrielle Fertigungsvorgänge in Verbin- dung mit digitalen Applikationen. Sie zeigen, wie Abläufe im Rah- men einer fortschreitenden Digi- talisierung aussehen müssen, um effizient und wirtschaftlich zu sein. Vernetzung auf der techno- logischen Seite einerseits, auf der unternehmerischen Seite anderer- seits: Der integrative Themenpark zeigt, dass Wettbewerber durchaus zugleich auch Partner sein kön- nen. Motek 2019 – „Smart Solutions for Production and Assembly“ Die Motek fokussiert für 2019 und darüber hinaus „Smart Solu- tions for Production and Assem- bly“. Im Kern des Produkt- und Leistungsportfolios der weltweit anerkannten Informations-, Kom- munikations- und Business-Platt- form stehen topmoderne und nun- mehr digitalisierte Komponenten, Baugruppen, Subsysteme und Komplettanlagen für die automa- tisierte Produktion und Montage. Um den wachsenden Anforde- rungen der durchgängig auto- matisierten, stückzahlflexiblen Produktion aktuell und in der Zukunft gerecht zu werden, prä- sentiert die Motek an der indus- triellen Praxis ausgerichtete, in Technik und Kommunikation vernetzte Komplettlösungen. Er- gänzend dazu zeigt die Bondexpo Detail- und Systemlösungen zum Fügen und Verbinden von Kom- ponenten und Baugruppen in der Vor- und Endmontage. Das Fachpublikum erhält weltweit und einzigartig ein umfassendes Bild rund um die Wertschöpfungsketten einer in- formations- und prozessorien- tierten industriellen Produktions- und Montageautomatisierung. Mit dem traditionellen Ausstel- ler-Forum und der im Umfeld der AoI platzierten „Arena of Com- munication“ finden Fachbesucher Anfang Oktober in Stuttgart eine einzigartige Plattform, auf der sie sich bei Referaten und im fach- lichen Austausch spezifisches Know-how aneignen und über Problemlösungen diskutieren können. In the year 2019 and beyond, Motek will focus on smart solutions for production and assembly. As in the past, ultramodern and in the meantime digitalised com- ponents, modules, subsystems and complete machines for automated production and assembly are at the heart of the product and ser- vice portfolio of the internationally recognised information, communi- cation and business platform. In order to do justice to ever stricter requirements placed on consistently automated production with flexible lot quantities both now and in the future, Motek will present complete solutions with networked technol- ogy and communication which are geared to actual industrial practice. As a supplement to all of this, the concurrently held Bondexpo will exhibit standalone and system so- lutions for joining and fastening components and modules in preas- sembly and final assembly. Implementing Digitalisation and Networking Motek’s motto, “Smart Solutions for Production and Assembly”, un- derscores the fact that digitalisa- tion and integration are long since a viable reality. This is rendered es- pecially visible and tangible at the Arena of Integration theme park (AoI). Connectivity isn’t just a buz- zword, but rather actual practice at the AoI – with the help of its show- cases, the integrative theme park in the middle of hall 6 will pro- vide expert visitors with concrete answers to current questions re- garding intelligent production and process sequences in combination with digital applications. In combination with the spectrum of offerings ex- hibited at Motek and Bondexpo, as well as the integrative theme park, the trade fair event from the 7th through the 10th of October pro- vides an internationally unique, comprehensive presentation cover- ing all aspects of the value creation chains for information and process- oriented automation and industrial production and assembly.
