F
lexibilität und hohe
Stückzahlen sind Merk-
male der modernen
Produktion, daher wird
die Intralogistik zunehmend
automatisiert, digitalisiert und
gemäß Industrie 4.0 vernetzt.
Kennzeichnungsexperten von
REA JET haben nun gemeinsam
mit Robotikspezialisten von
Kawasaki ein System zur Codie-
rung von Waren und Verpackun-
gen entwickelt, das dem indus-
triellen Wandel gerecht wird.
Die innovative Kennzeich-
nungstechnologie von REA JET
wird mit einem Kawasaki Robo-
ter in einer Anlage kombiniert.
Produkte werden per Tinte, La-
ser oder Etikett mit 1D und 2D
Codes, Logos und Text markiert.
Optional übernimmt ein Prüfge-
rät von REA VERIFIER die inline
Qualitätskontrolle der Codes. Die
individuelle Codierung von Waren
macht diese zu global rückver-
folgbaren Unikaten und ist daher
eine wichtige Voraussetzung für
die Optimierung der Logistik.
Alle REA Komponenten sind
Industrie 4.0 kompatibel und
können beliebig mit dem Roboter
verbunden werden, dadurch er-
öffnen sich zahlreiche Variations-
möglichkeiten. Aktuelle Ether-
net-Schnittstellen unterstützen
die einfache Einbindung in die
Fabrikation, die Steuerung er-
folgt dank integriertem Web- und
VNC-Server über stationäre oder
mobile Touch PCs. Die kompak-
ten Controller der HR Serie sind
platzsparend
implementierbar
und daher erste Wahl für Maschi-
nenbauer und Systemintegrato-
ren.
Kennzeichnungskompetenz be-
weist REA JET auch mit einem
neuen, inhouse konzipierten
Palettenetikettierer. Er realisiert
je nach Bedarf die einseitige Eti-
kettierung auf der Längsseite,
die zweiseitige Etikettierung auf
der Längs- und Stirnseite oder
die dreiseitige Etikettierung auf
der Längs-, Stirn- und Rückseite.
Das System wird per Touch Panel
bedient und punktet mit einfa-
cher Handhabung im täglichen
Betrieb.

Processing
GmbH, founded in
1911 and based on
the traditional German
company OTTO HÄNSEL, has an
outstanding experience in sup-
plying confectionery processing
equipment. It is one of the few
companies able to come up with
the longest tradition and best
know-how in this field.
Hänsel Processing, under man-
agement of Heiko Kühn and Frank
Temme, operates worldwide,
backed-up by a strong net of agen-
cies and well-supported by excel-
lently skilled regional sales manag-
ers at the main office in Hanover,
Germany, and last, but not least,
its French business partner Pro-
form, worldwide known as a leader
in the marketplace for extrusion,
forming, cooling and unique pro-
duction solutions, and the partner
company Candy Recycling.
Hänsel Processing has a con-
tinued commitment to meet new
challenges in the market by ex-
panding their R&D programs, and
to meet their customers´ needs for
innovative new products.
Machines which will be exhibited
are, among others, the following:
HFDIII®
Fondant beating machine
• Capacity up to 800 kg/h (also
available for 150 up to
2500 kg/h)
• Integrated water circulation
system with accurate tempera-
ture control for homogenous
crystallization
JellyStar®
Jelly and gum cooking system
• Advanced & compact design
• Capacity 100 – 6.000 kg/h
• For all known jellifying agents
(e. g. starch, gelatin, pectine,
gum Arabic, agar agar, carra-
geenan)
Strada® Candy forming line
• With RFID detection of the
die set and automatic
adjustment of forming line
• First chain forming die in
market which combines both
advantages of chain and rotary
dies: high filling but seamless
forming.
• Rope speed up to 220 m/min;
for seamless forming 190 m/min
• Comfortable operation
via touch panel
Sucroliner®
• constant uniform consistency
of the tempered sugar mass
as basic condition for highly
centre-filled candy
• exact dosage of ingredients
and homogeneous merging of
volatile active ingredients for
the production of medicated
and vitamin sweets
• patented vacuum technology
for sugar-free hard boiled
candy made from ISOMALT or
MALTITOL
• air injection into the enclosed
mixing screw for the produc-
tion of aerated hard boiled
candy replaces large-scale
mechanical pulling processes
• simultaneous production from
up to 4 candy masses with
different recipes and output
e.g. for a direct feeding into
the STRADA-forming lines
• milk hard candy via cooking
with permanent vacuum
• Output: 500 kg/h to
> 4,000 kg/h
LSK-5® laboratory batch cooker
Batch cooker for use in R&D
centers or small capacity
• Batch size 5 – 7 kg
• Easy to operate, especially
designed with focus on lab use
• Cooking under overpressure or
vacuum possible

Turbomat® Aerating machine
• According to the configuration
desired by the customer, the
PLC-controlled TURBOMAT® is
used for a continuous mixing,
dispersing and aeration of bar
foam, chewy candy or aerated
jelly masses, as well as marsh
mallow.
• The most important para-
meters as air quantity, rotor
speed, system pressure and
temperature, can be conti-
nuously adjusted. As an alter-
native, aeration is also possible
with the TURBOMIX, which is
working batchwise.
• The closed, compact and
space-saving TURBOMAT® is
designed for one- or for multi-
component feed; optionally, it
can be delivered with a dosing
unit for coloring agent and
flavor. The shaft seal and the
robust, bilateral guide of the
dynamic mixer head are quality
features of the TURBOMAT®.
Hänsel Processings´ machines are
designed for high productivity. What
counts are short changeover times,
long maintenance intervals and un-
complicated, fast service. A user-
friendly design guarantees continu-
ous high outputs even after a short
period of vocational adjustment.
