stand in Halle 15, den das Bun-

desministerium für Wirtschaft

und Energie fördert. Die poten-

ziellen Marktführer von morgen

präsentieren Neuentwicklungen

für das Fügen, Trennen und Be-

schichten. In diesem Jahr be-

teiligen sich die Unternehmen

Blue Lasertools, HSF Industrie-

technik, KMT Technik, LASER

on demand, Maija Frästechnik,

NewSonic und PALIGE-Schweiß-

technik an dem Gemeinschafts-

stand.

Die Reutlinger Firma NewSo-

nic entwickelt und produziert

beispielsweise portable Här-

temessgeräte für Kunden mit

Schwerpunkt in der metallher-

stellenden und -verarbeitenden

Industrie. Dafür bietet das Un-

ternehmen Hand- und Motor-

sonden mit unterschiedlichen

Prüfkräften von 1N bis 98N nach

dem UCI-Verfahren für nahezu

alle Anwendungen in Qualitäts-

sicherung und Produktion. Mit

HSF Industrietechnik aus Bad

Endbach beteiligt sich außer-

dem ein Hersteller von Edel-

stahlschweißnahtreinigern der

neuesten Generation. Die Mes-

sebesucher erwarten Vorführun-

gen mehrerer leistungsstarker

Einheiten aus der TIG-MAX®XT-

Serie für unterschiedliche Edel-

stahl-Schweißnähte.

Live-Vorführungen

bei Maija Frästechnik

Das Ennepetaler Unterneh-

men Maija Frästechnik prä-

sentiert seine Fräsringe und

Turbinenschleifer

mittels

Livevorführungen am Stand.

Die Fräsringe gibt es für Werk-

stücke aus Aluminium, Buntme-

talle, Stahl, Edelstahl, Titan,

Kunststoff und Holz. Zu den

Produktvorteilen zählen unter

anderem eine hohe Standzeit

bei konstantem Außendurch-

messer sowie das Ent-

stehen von Spänen

statt Staub. Um die La-

sermaterialbearbeitung

aus einer Hand geht

es hingegen bei Blue

Lasertools – zum An-

gebot des Ausstellers

zählen Handschweiß-

köpfe,

Laserschweißoptiken,

ein Crossjet für Laserschweiß-

optiken und ein Spannsystem

zum Laserschweißen. Mit LASER

on demand präsentiert sich ein

weiterer Spezialist bereits zum

zweiten Mal für Laseranwen-

dungen. Zu dessen Leistungen

gehören unter anderem mobile

Einsätze von Hochleistungsla-

sern und die Vermietung indust-

rieller Hochleistungslaser.

Ebenfalls auf dem Gemein-

schaftsstand vertreten ist das

Unternehmen KMT Technik. Die

Altbacher verstehen sich als zu-

verlässiger Partner und Lieferant

in verschiedenen Bereichen der

Industrie mit einem umfang-

reichen Angebot, das Maschi-

nenbau, Sondermaschinenbau,

Anlagetechnik mit Technologien

und Leistungen in Zerspanung

(Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen, Boh-

ren), Rohrbiegen, Blechbearbei-

tung, Schweißen, Stanzen und

Oberflächenveredelung umfasst.

Daneben präsentiert sich eben-

falls das zweite Mal mit PALIGE-

für Schweißspaltklammern und

weitere Produkte, die unter an-

derem in Achterbahnen, Hafen-

technik, Kranbau und Brücken-

bau zum Einsatz kommen.

Young innovative

companies present

their new developments

he world's premier fair,

SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEI-

DEN, will encompass not

only the global players

in the sector but also a large

number of smaller companies on

their way to the top.

Seven of them will present

themselves on a joint booth in

Hall 15 which will be promoted

by the Federal Ministry for Eco-

nomic Affairs and Energy. Tomor-

row's potential market leaders

will present new developments

for joining, cutting and surfac-

ing. This year, the following

companies will participate in

the joint booth: Blue Lasertools,

HSF Industrietechnik, KMT Tech-

nik, LASER on demand, Maija

Frästechnik, NewSonic and PAL-

IGE-Schweißtechnik.

The Reutlingen-based firm

NewSonic develops and produces,

for example, portable hardness

measuring devices for customers

focusing on the metal manufac-

turing and processing industry.

For this purpose, the company

offers manual and motorised

probes with different testing

forces from 1 N to 98 N according

to the UCI procedure for nearly

all applications in quality assur-

ance and production. HSF Indus-

trietechnik from Bad Endbach,

a manufacturer of stainless

steel weld cleaners of the new-

est generation will be another

participant. Demonstrations of

several powerful units from the

TIG‑MAX®XT series for different

stainless steel welds will await

the visitors to the fair.

Live Demonstrations

at Maija Frästechnik

The Ennepetal-based company

Maija Frästechnik will present its

milling discs and turbine grind-

ers in live demonstrations on

the booth. The milling discs are

available for workpieces made of

aluminium, non-ferrous metals,

steel, stainless steel, titanium,

plastic and wood. The advan-

tages of the products include,

amongst others, long service

lives with a constant outside

diameter as well as the crea-

tion of chips instead of dust. In

contrast, Blue Lasertools deals

with laser material processing

from one source - the exhibitor's

range on offer will include man-

ual welding heads, laser welding

optics, a crossjet for laser weld-

ing optics and a clamping system

for laser welding. LASER on de-

mand, another specialist in laser

applications, will present itself

for the second time already. Its

services include, amongst others,

mobile uses of high-power lasers

and the renting-out of industrial

high-power lasers.

KMT Technik will also be rep-

resented on the joint booth. The

Altbach-based company sees itself

as a reliable partner and supplier

in various fields of industry with

an extensive range on offer en-

compassing mechanical engineer-

ing, the construction of special-

purpose machines, installation

engineering with technologies and

services in chip-producing machin-

ing (turning, milling, grinding

and drilling), pipe bending, sheet

metal processing, welding, punch-

ing and surface refinement. In

addition, PALIGE-Schweißtechnik,

a specialist for welding gap clips

and other products which are uti-

lised (amongst other purposes) in

roller coasters, port technology,

crane construction and bridge con-

struction, will also present itself

for the second time.
