t the end of the 50's,

after Second World

War, Italy was still re-

covering from the trau-

matic historical moment. It was

a time to rebuild the country, it's

economic and social texture and

also the time for small, mostly

family owned businesses, that

started growing all over in Italy.

It was also the case of the TPV in

Argenta (near Ferrara), a mechani-

cal workshop that found interest

in constructing plastic process-

ing machinery. The brand became

soon well known and accepted by

the customers, mostly because of

honest, responsible, hard work of

the company as a whole, that dis-

tinguishes Italian medium sized

realities. Constant introduction of

new technologies, the digitization

of the controls, energy saving fea-

tures, improvement of productiv-

ity, were all apparently high goals,

but achieved easily, thanks to the

expertise and constant learning

attitude of the staff.

A new milestone in the history

of TPV happened a couple of years

ago, when the ownership decided

to find a new partner. It was a

lucky coincidence that a nearby

located company, Tecno System srl

was seeking to expand it's pres-

ence in the thermoplastic extru-

sion field. Besides being known

for its experience in automated

industrial solutions, Tecno System

is also cooperating tightly with

B-TEC srl, a leader in design and

construction of extrusion dyes for

complex PVC profiles.

The main focus of TPV was,

and remains in constructing ro-

bust, well designed, maximally

performing machinery, keep low

level outsourcing, while using

only the best components avail-

able and constantly improving

the quality. TPV guarantees the

satisfaction of a large range of

tasks, from smallest extruders

with a 5 kg/h output, up to al-

most 300 kg/h, for soft or rigid,

almost all thermoplastic mate-

rials, exploring constantly new

frontiers of applications.

Specifics, such as medical tube

extrusion, fiber-glass strength-

ened Poly-amide strips for ther-

mal break strips for Alu window

frames, or special Polycarbonate

profiles for LED illumination, as

well as complex tasks on profiles

that require IN- and/or OFF-line

mechanical processing: punch-

ing, assembly, stacking, preci-

sion cutting of short pieces at

high extrusion speed and simi-

lar, are all tasks, performed with

maximum professionalism within

our premisses. The opportunity

of the recent merger and the ex-

perience of the new ownership

in the field of automation makes

possible to take advantage on

the competition, that lack such

skills.

The basis for future develop-

ment are built, now the goal is

to reach out to further markets,

where a medium sized company

such as Tecno System couldn't

reach easily. Building a sales

representative web in large and

distant markets in constant devel-

opments, such as Russia, Middle

East, Iran, India, Vietnam and Asia

in general, as well as overseas, is

the new task to achieve. That's the

reason why the presence of Tecno

System (TPV) at FAKUMA interna-

tional fair in Friedrichshafen on

the booth ÜO14 is so important.

präsentiert das INNONET Kunst-

stoff die geballte Netzwerkkom-

petenz seiner inzwischen über

100 Mitglieder.

25 Jahre FAKUMA: Was als

regionale Leistungsschau be-

gann, besitzt im Jubiläumsjahr

den Status eines renommierten

internationalen Branchentreffs.

Das Kunststoff-Event am Bo-

densee ist die Leitmesse für

Extrusionstechnik und Thermo-

formen im deutschsprachigen

Raum und informiert inzwischen

weit über 40.000 Fachbesucher

über alle kunststoffbe- und ver-

arbeitungsrelevante Verfahren,

Technologien, Werkzeuge und

Dienstleistungen.

Mittendrin im Messegesche-

hen: Das INNONET Kunststoff

als eines der dynamischsten und

inzwischen

mitgliederstärks-

ten

Unternehmensnetzwerke

der süddeutschen Kunststoff-

branche. Der für 13 Mitglieds-

unternehmen organisierte Ge-

meinschaftsstand präsentiert

auf einer Fläche von 120 Qua-

dratmetern die geballte Kom-

petenz des Netzwerks. Als ein-

zige Fachausstellung weltweit

fokussiert die FAKUMA auf alle

in der Be- und Verarbeitung re-

levanten Verfahren und bietet

den Besuchern eine anwender-

orientierte

Kommunikations-

und Beschaffungsplattform für

sämtliche fertigungstechnische

Herausforderungen. Ein solches

umfassendes Knowhow entlang

der gesamten Wertschöpfungs-

kette demonstriert das INNONET

Kunststoff an seinem Stand in

Halle 3.

Der

INNONET-Kunststoff-Ge-

meinschaftsstand ist zwar das

zentrale Element des dynami-

schen

Kunststoff-Netzwerks,

darüber hinaus sind weitere

40 Mitgliedsunternehmen mit

eigenen, aufwändigen Präsen-

tationen am Messegeschehen

beteiligt. Auch dort bieten

beispielhafte

zwischen einzelnen Netzwerk-

partnern interessante Einblicke

in die Netzwerkarbeit und den

Mehrwert eines gemeinsamen

Engagements auf internationa-

len Messen.

Mit der Präsentation des

Plastics InnoCentre zeigt das

INNONET-Kunststoff zum ersten

Mal Flagge auf Projektebene in

Friedrichshafen. „Das Plastics

InnoCentre ist quasi die FAKU-

MA für den täglichen Gebrauch“,

beschreibt Axel Blochwitz, Ge-

schäftsführer des Technologie-

zentrum Horb, bei dem das IN-

NONET Kunststoff angesiedelt

ist, die innovative Einrichtung

im Horber Innovationspark. „Als

Heimat des INNONET Kunststoff

ist das Plastics InnoCentre die

Präsentationsplattform und Ide-

enschmiede für neue Verfahren,

Dienstleistungen und Produkte

rund um das Thema Kunststoff,

deshalb macht es Sinn, diese

Einrichtung gerade auf der FA-

KUMA einem breiten und sehr

interessierten,

internationa-

len Publikum vorzustellen“, so

Blochwitz.

INNONET Kunststoff

Das INNONET Kunststoff ist

mit mehr als 100 Mitgliedern

das größte, unternehmensge-

triebene Kunststoffnetzwerk in

Süddeutschland und verbindet

die Kunststoffbranche mit dem

benachbarten Ausland. Die Ini-

tiative des Technologiezentrums

Horb als Träger und der Wirt-

schaftsförderung Nordschwarz-

wald GmbH (WFG) veranstaltet

jährlich mehrere Netzwerktreffen

und Fachveranstaltungen. Das

INNONET wurde einst auf Initi-

ative regionaler Unternehmen

gegründet.
