Munich, Flottweg will
present its brand-new
AC1200 separator.
With the AC1200, Flottweg is
starting a new product line of
high-performance separators for
small and midsized companies.
This separator is characterized
by its excellent clarification per-
formance, outstanding product
yield, and a compact, user-friendly
design. Its core applications are
in the juice, beer, and olive oil in-
dustries. The system is specifically
configured and adapted for each of
these applications.
Beer, fruit juice, wine, and olive
oil. As different as all these prod-
ucts are, the processes for their
manufacture also differ. Thanks
to over 60 years of experience in
the area of solid/liquid separa-
tion, however, Flottweg can meet
any challenge. To be able to offer
an intelligent centrifuge concept
for small to midsized companies
as well, Flottweg will present its
new separator model, the AC1200,
at this year's Drinktec. The skid
solution makes the AC1200 ex-
tremely flexible, with very little
space required. The separator is
also equipped with the patented
Flottweg Soft Shot® discharge
system for product-friendly, quiet
discharge.
Flottweg is also starting a new
era in terms of product design.
The design of the AC1200 commu-
nicates the Flottweg core compe-
tences of robustness, quality, and
maintenance friendliness. The goal
of the product designer is to direct
the focus more specifically onto
the point of know-how, the sepa-
rator bowl.

der diesjährigen drink-
tec ein breitgefächer-
tes Produktsortiment mit neu-
esten Entwicklungen für nahezu
jede lufttechnische Anwendung.
Im Rahmen der Weltleitmesse
drinktec stellt der Anbieter für
lufttechnische Lösungen, unter
dem Motto „We make air work“,
gleich drei Highlights vor.
Zum ersten Mal zeigt Elekt-
ror eine Live-Anwendung, die
dem Bereich der „Systems and
Solutions“ zuzuordnen ist. Es
wird ein modularer Flaschen-
trocknungsprozess vorgeführt.
Gewaschene Flaschen werden
hier mittels Luft effizient ge-
trocknet.
Zusätzlich wird die neu ein-
geführte Ventilatorenreihe „Alu-
minium High Pressure“ (A-HP)
ausgestellt. Diese neue Reihe
besticht durch eine noch kom-
paktere Bauweise, Normflansche
und eine insgesamt höhere Leis-
tungsdichte.
Ein weiteres Highlight sind
lufttechnische Systeme – ein
klarer Trend im Maschinen- und
Anlagenbau. Eine Lösung des
neuen Geschäftsbereichs ist ein
mit diversen Geräten und Funk-
tionseinheiten bestückter Luft-
schrank inklusive elektronischer
Steuerung. Dieser Luftschrank
kann dezentral aufgestellt wer-
den und erfüllt gleich mehrere
lufttechnische Funktionen mit-
tels Tablet-Steuerung: Trocknen,
Fördern, Abblasen etc.
Durch die Verwendung un-
terschiedlichster Materialien
wie Aluminiumguss, Stahl und
Edelstahl deckt das Produkt-
programm des Industrieven-
tilatoren-Herstellers unter-
schiedlichste Anwendungen in
zahlreichen Branchen ab.
Mit Drücken von bis zu 50.000
Pa und Volumenströmen von bis
zu 1.000.000 m³/h ermöglichen
die kompakten und effizienten
Geräte somit einen Einsatz in
einem großen lufttechnischen
Bereich.
